Terms of Service

These are the rules of the road for using Dynnr. They are written in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us and we will explain.

1. Who is providing this service

Dynnr ("Dynnr," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital menu management platform operated from Pune, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the service, you ("you," or "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What Dynnr provides

Dynnr provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets restaurants, cafés, bars, cloud kitchens, and other food businesses create, host, and update QR-code-based digital menus. We provide the platform, hosting, and customer support. The content of your menu, including all dish names, descriptions, prices, photographs, and dietary labels, is created and controlled by you.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have the legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the business you are signing up.
  • You must operate a legitimate food-service business or be in the process of starting one.
  • You must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at hello.dynnr@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

5. Subscription and payment

  • Dynnr plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST.
  • Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
  • If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days. If the payment cannot be collected, we will suspend the menu until the issue is resolved.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Any price change takes effect at your next renewal.

6. Free setup and trial

Plans may include a free onboarding setup call and a limited trial period. Trial terms are described at signup. After the trial, your selected plan begins billing automatically; we will email you a reminder 48 hours before the first charge.

7. Your content and menu accuracy

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Dynnr — menu items, descriptions, photographs, branding, and everything else ("Customer Content"). You grant Dynnr a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and process Customer Content solely for the purpose of operating your menu and the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your menu, including but not limited to:

  • Prices, taxes, and any service charges shown.
  • Allergen, dietary, and nutritional disclosures. Dynnr provides tagging tools (Veg, Non-Veg, Jain, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free) but cannot verify the contents of your dishes. Final responsibility for allergen accuracy rests with you.
  • Compliance with FSSAI labelling requirements and the Legal Metrology Act, 2009.
  • Truthful representation of ingredients and origin claims.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dynnr to:

  • Sell or display anything illegal under Indian law.
  • Mislead diners about ingredients, allergens, or pricing.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property (including using photos you do not have rights to).
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
  • Resell access to Dynnr without our written permission.

9. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance. We do not currently offer a credit-based service level agreement, but if a major outage causes meaningful disruption to your business, contact us and we will work in good faith to make it right.

10. Our intellectual property

The Dynnr software, brand, logo, designs, and underlying technology remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for the duration of your subscription, for the benefit of your own business.

11. Feedback

If you give us feedback or feature suggestions, we may use them freely, without compensation, to improve Dynnr.

12. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment, fraud, or activity that endangers other users or the platform.
  • On termination, your QR menus will be disabled and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where Indian tax law requires longer retention. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Disclaimers

Dynnr is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business outcome will result from using it.

Food safety and allergen disclaimer: Dynnr is a software platform. We do not handle, prepare, or inspect any food. Restaurants are solely responsible for the safety, allergen content, and accuracy of every item on their menu. Diners should always confirm allergen information with restaurant staff before ordering.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynnr's total liability arising from or related to the service, regardless of cause, will not exceed the amount you paid to Dynnr in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dynnr harmless from any claim by a third party (including diners, regulators, and other businesses) arising from your menu content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your breach of any applicable law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service. Before taking any legal action, you agree to first contact us in writing and give us 30 days to attempt a good-faith resolution.

17. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, government action, or acts of war.

18. Changes to these Terms

If we make a material change, we will email every active account at least 30 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the change indicates acceptance.
