Common questions

How does a QR code menu work?

A QR code on the table encodes your menu's web link. When a guest scans it with their phone camera, the live menu opens in their browser. Because the QR points to a link (not a file), you can change the menu anytime without changing the QR.

Do I need to print new QR codes when the menu changes?

Never. The QR points to your live menu link. Edit anything — prices, items, specials — and the same QR shows the updated menu to the next guest who scans.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

The whole point of Dynnr is that we do the technical part. You send a photo of your menu; we build everything. Editing afterwards is as easy as WhatsApp — tap the item, change the number, save.

How long until my restaurant is live?
